Leadership

George Lintz

Chairman & CEO; Co-founder

Chairman & CEO; Co-founder of The Bellaire Group of Companies in 2009, starting with Bellaire Real Estate Investment Trust, a private REIT that invests in real estate debt and equity investments. Bellaire began investing in high yielding apartment buildings in California. In 2014, moved its focus to the Dallas-Fort Worth market, and has continued to focus his acquisitions in the Texas markets. Mr. Lintz is President of Bellaire Services Corporation, BRC Commercial Bridge Fund, and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Bellaire Services Corporation acts as a sponsor to various multifamily real estate investments and is a managing member of Belliare Partners. BRC Commercial Bridge Fund is a small balance private money lender, servicing developers of commercial and residential properties in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Bellaire Multifamily Management performs a full suite of property management services for sponsored investments, as well as third parties. Mr. Lintz earned his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business in 1984. He founded the investment banking firm, Lintz Glover White & Company in 1986; and over the next 14 years advised real estate, corporate and municipal transactions. In 1994, he was appointed by the California State Senate to serve as an advisor to the Local Government Investment Committee and assisted in authoring the legislation that governs the investment practices of California local governments.

Amanda Cox

President & COO; Co-founder

Amanda Cox serves as the President & COO; Co-founder for Bellaire Services Corporation and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Within Bellaire Services Corporation, she leads the team in asset acquisition efforts and monitors performance through the lifecycle of the portfolio. Within Bellaire Multifamily Management, Amanda supports the property operations team, leads value- add initiatives, and spearheads business development efforts. She is passionate about being a solution to underserved Texas syndications and has successfully built the third-party business for the firm directly through referrals who have witnessed and attested to her leadership. Ms. Cox has spent the last 18 years in multifamily property management, and before joining Bellaire Services Corporation, she was overseeing 11k units amongst 8 markets across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas as a Regional Vice President of Operations with one of the largest Texas based property management firms. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, of which she served as the President of the Austin Chapter in 2020, and currently holds a seat in the International Governing Council for the organization. She is a mentor to many and is also a strong believer in knowledge growth, thus she is continuously expanding her industry knowledge beyond her B.A.in Business Management from Texas State University by achieving her CAM in 2013, ARM in 2014, and earned her CPM designation in 2016.

Candace Kelly

Vice President of Operations

Candace brings 14 years of multifamily experience across conventional, value-add, new construction, and stabilized assets. Known for building strong partnerships and leading high-performing teams, she drives operational excellence, occupancy growth, and financial performance. Having held every on-site role since starting as a leasing consultant, she brings a well-rounded, hands-on perspective to leadership and operations. As Vice President of Operations, Candace oversees a diverse portfolio with expertise in revenue growth, expense management, property aesthetics, capital planning, and asset enhancement strategies that support long-term value. She remains active in Apartment Association of Greater Dallas, Texas Apartment Association, National Apartment Association, and Information Management Network, and holds her CAM certification through Apartment Association of Greater Dallas. ecycle of the portfolio. Bryan Enney

Vice President of Facilities and Construction

Bryan serves as Vice President of Facilities and Construction at Bellaire Multifamily, bringing 19 years of experience in the multifamily industry. In his role, he oversees new construction, renovations, capital projects, and property value-add initiatives, ensuring assets are developed, maintained, and improved to the highest standards. Throughout his career, Bryan has led large-scale construction and renovation projects while building and strengthening maintenance departments from the ground up. He has extensive expertise in maintenance budgeting, capital planning, and operational efficiency, with a strong focus on aligning facilities strategy with long-term business goals. Known for his charismatic and visionary leadership style, Bryan is passionate about team development and believes that strong teams drive strong results. He is committed to mentoring leaders, fostering collaboration, and creating systems that support both performance and growth across the organization.

Tova Chait

Vice President of Accounting and Treasury

Tova Chait serves as the Vice President of Accounting for Bellaire Multifamily Management. Ms. Chait started her career as an auditor at Marcum LLP in New York City and then transferred to their South Florida office. Following her experience in public accounting, Ms. Chait was the Accounting Manager for a private family office in South Florida, with a focus in real estate investments. Ms. Chait earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Eric Brasier

Director of Transitions

Eric brings twelve years of experience in the multifamily housing industry, including four years dedicated exclusively to property transitions. His background spans receiverships, new construction lease-ups, conventional communities, and affordable housing programs, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of diverse asset types and operational challenges. He is recognized for leading complex transitions with precision and strategic oversight, ensuring immediate operational stability and positioning communities for sustained performance. Known for his strong communication, decisive leadership, and solution-oriented mindset, Eric effectively aligns teams, ownership objectives, and on-site operations to drive measurable results from day one.

La Wana Hall

Controller

La Wana Hall brings over 25 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and senior housing property management accounting and consulting to her role as Controller at Bellaire Multifamily Management. With a strong background in financial management, La Wana oversees day-to-day accounting functions, including cash management, financial reporting, and accounts payable, while ensuring the company’s internal controls are robust and efficient. Her leadership supports Bellaire's strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and insight into company performance. La Wana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Walsh University, an Associate's Degree in Office Administration from The University of Akron, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Accounting from South University. She also holds several certifications, including Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), which further strengthen her expertise in the industry. Before joining Bellaire, La Wana served in key accounting leadership roles at small to large Texas and Ohio-based property management organizations where she demonstrated her ability to manage large portfolios, streamline processes, and mentor accounting teams.

Jaime Dailey

Regional Director - San Antonio

With over 20 years of multifamily experience across Texas, Colorado, Arizona, and Nevada, she brings deep operational knowledge and a sharp focus on performance. Specializing in lease-ups, stabilized assets, new construction, and BTR communities, she is known for building customized strategies that drive occupancy, optimize NOI, and deliver measurable results. Her approach is hands on and execution driven, working closely with onsite teams to ensure accountability, strong financial performance, and alignment with ownership objectives. She plays a critical role in new business development, partnering with developers, institutional groups, and ownership teams to evaluate opportunities, build proformas, and drive long term value across multiple markets. Her leadership style emphasizes clear communication, operational excellence, and a commitment to team development and client success.

Stephanie Brock

Regional Manager

Stephanie Brock is Regional Manager for the San Antonio market, leading portfolio performance, client relations, and on-site team development. Known for operational discipline and a resident-first approach, she drives occupancy, NOI growth, and consistent policy execution. Stephanie partners with owners on budgeting, CapEx planning, and value-add strategies while coaching teams on leasing excellence, compliance, and service standards. She’s passionate about building confident, high-performing associates who deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Jose Tapia

Regional Manager

Jose Tapia began his career as an Assistant Manager and quickly ascended to leadership roles due to his exceptional management skills and strategic vision. Over the years, he has successfully managed daily operations for thousands of units across a diverse portfolio, including Class A+, B, and C properties, Section 8, Low Income, and Student Housing assets. Known for his ability to stabilize and enhance the performance of struggling assets, Jose has a proven track record of transforming underperforming properties into high-value assets. His leadership is marked by creating a positive work environment where team members are motivated and excel in their roles.

Kourtni Burrell

Regional Manager

Kourtni Burrell began her career in the multifamily housing industry in 2011 and has since built a reputation for excellence in property management and operations. Over the years, she has successfully managed a diverse portfolio of properties, including new construction, lease-ups, low-income housing, tax credit properties, and everything in between. Her extensive experience managing multiple properties simultaneously has been a key component of her success. Kourtni is recognized for her expertise in asset repositioning, operational efficiency, and team leadership. Her strategic, results-driven approach consistently enhances property performance and community value. Known for her decisive leadership and commitment to excellence, Kourtni cultivates strong, motivated teams and delivers outstanding results across every aspect of her work.

Daniel Gutierrez

Regional Manager

Daniel serves as a Regional Manager in San Antonio, bringing nearly a decade of experience in the property management industry. Since transitioning from a career in public education in 2016, Daniel has built a strong foundation in multifamily housing, stepping into a property management role in 2017. In his current role, Daniel oversees site operations with a focus on resident satisfaction, team development, and strategic growth. His strengths lie in property operations, resident services, community engagement, planning and implementing effective strategies, team building, and conducting in-depth needs assessments. Passionate about fostering strong communities and high-performing teams, Daniel plays a key role in Bellaire Multifamily’s continued success.

Amanda Allmon

Performance Marketing Manager

With over 20 years of exceptional success in sales and a deep passion for marketing, Amanda Allmon has built a distinguished career in the multifamily industry. Known for her strategic approach, relationship-driven leadership, and creative marketing vision, she consistently drives occupancy, revenue growth, and brand visibility across diverse property portfolios. Her expertise bridges the art of connection with the science of results, making her a dynamic force in multifamily sales and marketing excellence.

Ethan Pitch

Property Operations Manager

Ethan Pitch joined Bellaire Multifamily Management in January 2025 as an intern before advancing into his current role as Property Operations Manager. In this capacity, he contributes to the company’s mission of enhancing both operational and financial performance across its portfolio. He is responsible for process and policy improvements, supporting on-site and regional management teams, contributing to corporate strategy, and leading special projects that strengthen portfolio performance while advancing Bellaire’s commitment to its clients and residents. Ethan believes that great management lies at the intersection of hard work, creativity, and experience, and he is proud to be part of a team that embodies these values while driving Bellaire’s continued growth and success.
