Leadership
George Lintz
President & Chief Executive Officer
President and Founder of The Bellaire Group of Companies in 2009, starting with Bellaire Real Estate Investment Trust, a private REIT that invests in real estate debt and equity investments. Bellaire began investing in high yielding apartment buildings in California. In 2014, moved its focus to the Dallas-Fort Worth market, and has continued to focus his acquisitions in the Texas markets. Mr. Lintz is President of Bellaire Services Corporation, BRC Commercial Bridge Fund, and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Bellaire Services Corporation acts as a sponsor to various multifamily real estate investments and is a managing member of Belliare Partners. BRC Commercial Bridge Fund is a small balance private money lender, servicing developers of commercial and residential properties in California, Nevada, and Arizona. Bellaire Multifamily Management performs a full suite of property management services for sponsored investments, as well as third parties. ​ Mr. Lintz earned his MBA from New York University Stern School of Business in 1984. He founded the investment banking firm, Lintz Glover White & Company in 1986; and over the next 14 years advised real estate, corporate and municipal transactions. In 1994, he was appointed by the California State Senate to serve as an advisor to the Local Government Investment Committee and assisted in authoring the legislation that governs the investment practices of California local governments.
Amanda Cox
Chief Operating Officer
Amanda Cox serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Bellaire Services Corporation and Bellaire Multifamily Management. Within Bellaire Services Corporation, she leads the team in asset acquisition efforts and monitors performance through the lifecycle of the portfolio. Within Bellaire Multifamily Management, Amanda supports the property operations team, leads value- add initiatives, and spearheads business development efforts. She is passionate about being a solution to underserved Texas syndications and has successfully built the third-party business for the firm directly through referrals who have witnessed and attested to her leadership. Ms. Cox has spent the last 18 years in multifamily property management, and before joining Bellaire Services Corporation, she was overseeing 11k units amongst 8 markets across Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas as a Regional Vice President of Operations with one of the largest Texas based property management firms. She is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management, of which she served as the President of the Austin Chapter in 2020, and currently holds a seat in the International Governing Council for the organization. She is a mentor to many and is also a strong believer in knowledge growth, thus she is continuously expanding her industry knowledge beyond her B.A.in Business Management from Texas State University by achieving her CAM in 2013, ARM in 2014, and earned her CPM designation in 2016.
Katie Neuman
Senior Vice President of Operations
Katie Neuman began her multifamily career in 2006 as a leasing professional and has since advanced through every role, culminating in her position as Senior Vice President of Operations at Bellaire Multifamily Management. With a wealth of experience spanning Class 'A' multifamily, new construction, and large-scale renovation projects, Katie has developed deep expertise in key areas of property management. Her skills include budget development, NOI improvement, property integration oversight, and the execution of marketing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and resident retention. Prior to joining Bellaire, Katie held leadership roles at respected companies such as HSC, Riverstone Residential Group, Greystar, Avenue5, Lincoln Property Company, WMF, and Winstar Properties. She has successfully overseen portfolios ranging from luxury new construction to multimillion-dollar renovation projects. Katie’s broad experience equips her to craft strategies that strengthen revenue growth and improve asset values, making her a key player in streamlining operations and driving Bellaire’s success.
Misty Martin
Director of Property Management
Misty Martin has been in the multifamily industry since 2003, and serves as the Director of Property Management for Bellaire Multifamily Management overseeing the dynamic Texas portfolio. She holds extensive expertise on both the owner and fee-managed aspect of the business and has consistently demonstrated her ability to drive operational excellence, foster team development, and optimize property performance. Her experience covers a diverse portfolio of assets, including value-add, new construction and repositioning assets. Her proven track record of success makes her a valuable asset in driving operational excellence and maximizing property performance in today's competitive real estate market.
Jeff Feld
Director of Business Development
Mr. Feld started his career practicing law and became a municipal finance advisor as founder of Feld Winters Financial. He was involved in many notable bond transactions including the financing to build The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Museum in Cleveland. As well as, the 1 billion dollar financing for The John F Kennedy Terminal Building. Mr. Feld and his wife have been honored by various synagogues, schools, and international charitable institutions for their devotion and support for community education worldwide, and for their involvement with extracurricular child development programs and continuing adult education projects across the greater Los Angeles area. Mr. Feld earned his B.A. from UCLA and his J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law.
La Wana Hall
Controller
La Wana Hall brings over 25 years of experience in commercial, multifamily, and senior housing property management accounting and consulting to her role as Controller at Bellaire Multifamily Management. With a strong background in financial management, La Wana oversees day-to-day accounting functions, including cash management, financial reporting, and accounts payable, while ensuring the company’s internal controls are robust and efficient. Her leadership supports Bellaire's strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and insight into company performance. La Wana holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Walsh University, an Associate's Degree in Office Administration from The University of Akron, and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Accounting from South University. She also holds several certifications, including Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS), which further strengthen her expertise in the industry. Before joining Bellaire, La Wana served in key accounting leadership roles at small to large Texas and Ohio-based property management organizations where she demonstrated her ability to manage large portfolios, streamline processes, and mentor accounting teams.
Tova Chait
Treasury Manager
Tova Chait serves as the Treasury Manager for Bellaire Multifamily Management. Ms. Chait started her career as an auditor at Marcum LLP in New York City and then transferred to their South Florida office. Following her experience in public accounting, Ms. Chait was the Accounting Manager for a private family office in South Florida, with a focus in real estate investments. Ms. Chait earned her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Touro College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
Omar Ramirez
Regional Manager
Omar Ramirez is a distinguished figure within the real estate realm, boasting over a decade of hands-on experience in property management. Serving as the Regional Property Manager for the vibrant San Antonio and Austin Markets, Omar stands as a beacon of expertise and accomplishment. His illustrious career journey is marked by a multitude of successful value-add plays, where he has adeptly revitalized properties and spearheaded lucrative returns on investment. Distinguished by his professional accolades, Omar holds prestigious certifications as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). Notably, he is also a Candidate for the esteemed Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation, a testament to his unwavering commitment to professional development and mastery of his craft. With a rich and diverse background, Omar has seamlessly transitioned between roles in both public and private Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). This experience has endowed him with a comprehensive understanding of the industry's intricacies, allowing him to navigate complex challenges with finesse. Omar's leadership ethos is characterized by a potent blend of strategic foresight, collaborative engagement, and a relentless pursuit of operational excellence. Elizabeth Wall Longoria
Regional Manager
Elizabeth Wall Longoria was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She started her multifamily career as a Leasing Consultant at a tax credit community 15 years ago where she moved quickly through the different multifamily operation positions, working through heavy renovations and repositioning distressed properties. Elizabeth has overseen a diverse class of assets, including C, D, Tax credit and worked on several large renovation projects. In Elizabeth’s latest role in the multifamily industry, she has been a huge part of building out the Houston market with much success. She comes with extensive knowledge of the Houston market, and works diligently to capitalize on ROI for her clients!
Jose Tapia
Regional Manager
Jose Tapia began his career as an Assistant Manager and quickly ascended to leadership roles due to his exceptional management skills and strategic vision. Over the years, he has successfully managed daily operations for thousands of units across a diverse portfolio, including Class A+, B, and C properties, Section 8, Low Income, and Student Housing assets. Known for his ability to stabilize and enhance the performance of struggling assets, Jose has a proven track record of transforming underperforming properties into high-value assets. His leadership is marked by creating a positive work environment where team members motivated and excel in their roles.
Melissa Martinez
Regional Manager
Melissa Martinez is responsible for leading operations for the San Antonio region. She has worked from site-level property management to senior corporate leadership, gaining experience and expertise in new construction lease-ups, value-add repositioning, and compliance monitoring. Melissa's goals include developing and promoting the best talent in the industry, executing best-in-class standard operating procedures, and employing cutting edge leasing and operating technologies to maximize value.
Stephen Orozco
Regional Maintenance Supervisor
Stephen is the Regional Maintenance Supervisor for Bellaire Multifamily Management, serving all major markets in Texas. He has been in property management for 13 years, starting onsite as a make ready technician and was promoted to his first supervisor role in under 2 years. Stephen has worked on all types of properties form A+ to B, and C communities, including new construction development. Not only does Mr. Orozco lead and develop the maintenance team members throughout the portfolio communities under management, he also runs all capital improvement projects. He has extensive experience in renovations and performing value-add, north of $10M in the last year.
